Lower School House Debate

The Lower School House Debate took place on Tuesday and was based on a familiar Read Write Inc book, The King of the Birds. Two girls from each house in Form 2 were chosen to explain why their allocated bird would make the best King. There were some very convincing arguments on why the Cockatoo, the Hummingbird and the Crow should be King, which made the judges’ (Mrs Drummond and Mrs Rosenthal) job much harder! Well done to all the Form 2s; Ava and Uma G from Whitby, Laila and Amaiya from Herkomer and Georgia and Morayo from Attlee, and congratulations to Attlee for winning the Lower School House Debate. We look forward to the Upper School House Debate after half term.
